How we got here
Vettica is part of the Provyx family of data products. Provyx builds verified healthcare provider data across dozens of specialties. We built Vettica as a dedicated brand for the animal health market because veterinary data has unique sourcing requirements that don't fit neatly into a general healthcare data product.
State veterinary licensing boards publish data differently than medical boards. The specialty taxonomy is different. The buyer ecosystem (pharma, equipment, insurance, recruiting) has different needs. Vettica exists because this market deserves a purpose-built solution, not a healthcare data product with "veterinary" tacked on as an afterthought.
Our team
Vettica is led by Rome Thorndike, who built the data infrastructure at Datajoy (acquired by Databricks) and has held data roles at Microsoft, Salesforce, and Snapdocs. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas.
The team has deep experience in data operations, B2B enrichment, and healthcare provider intelligence. We've built data pipelines that serve companies from Series A startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
What we believe
