Veterinary Technology Detection

Know what software practices use

Vettica's technology detection service identifies the practice management software, EHR systems, and other technology tools used by veterinary practices. This data helps SaaS vendors and technology companies target practices most likely to evaluate new solutions.

What we detect

  • Practice management information systems (PIMS): ezyVet, Shepherd, Digitail, Rhapsody, NaVetor, Cornerstone, AVImark
  • Diagnostic platforms: IDEXX VetConnect, Heska Element, Abaxis VetScan
  • Communication tools: PetDesk, Weave, Demandforce
  • Telemedicine: AirVet, Petriage, TeleTails

How it works

Technology detection is an add-on to any Vettica contact data order. We analyze practice websites, job postings, and public technology disclosures to identify the tools each practice uses. Results are delivered as additional columns in your CSV.

This data is best suited for SaaS vendors running competitive displacement campaigns. If you know a practice uses your competitor's software, you can tailor your outreach accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the technology detection service include?

Standard fields: DVM name, email (deliverability-tested), direct phone, practice name and address, state license number, active/inactive status, and specialty classification. We can add technology detection or firmographic data for an additional fee.

How is the data verified?

Every contact starts with a state board license record. We verify the DVM is actively licensed, confirm their practice affiliation, validate their email address, and check their phone number. Records that fail any verification step are flagged or excluded.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. Complex builds with custom criteria may take 5-7 days. Rush delivery is available.
