Agreement

By using getvettica.com and purchasing data from Vettica, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What we provide

Vettica provides verified business contact data for veterinary practices. Data is sourced from publicly available records and verified through our proprietary process. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that every record will be 100% accurate at the time you use it.

Data usage

Data purchased from Vettica is licensed for your internal business use. You may upload it to your CRM, use it for outreach campaigns, and share it with members of your team. You may not resell the raw data to third parties or use it to build a competing data product.

Deliverability guarantee

We guarantee 95%+ email deliverability on verified lists at the time of delivery. If deliverability falls below this threshold within 30 days of delivery, we will replace affected records at no charge. This guarantee applies to email addresses marked as "verified" in your deliverable.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of the data. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and credit card. For ongoing engagements, payment terms are net 15.

Limitation of liability

Vettica's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific data order in question. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunities, or consequential damages arising from data inaccuracies.

Compliance

You agree to use data purchased from Vettica in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any state-specific regulations governing commercial communications. Vettica is not responsible for how you use the data after delivery.
